Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property Policy

Users retain ownership of their content but grant FestMate a limited licence to host, display, moderate and process it for operating and promoting the service. Users must have the rights needed for uploaded text, images, audio and documents.

No scraping, credential attacks, malware, reverse engineering of protected systems, unauthorised automation, infringement, counterfeit content or attempts to bypass private file controls.

Rights holders may send a notice to admin@festmate.co.uk identifying the work, location, basis of claim and contact details. FestMate may remove content and seek a response from the uploader.
