Buyers must provide correct transfer details, inspect delivered tickets promptly, keep ticket codes private and report a genuine issue within 24 hours of verified delivery. Buyers must not falsely claim non-delivery, misuse chargebacks, resell received tickets contrary to law or harass sellers.

The 24-hour report window supports payout operations and does not remove statutory rights. Event entry remains subject to the organiser’s terms, security procedures and transfer rules.
