Payout and Fees Policy

Stripe Connect is planned but not live. Before activation, FestMate will publish every buyer fee, seller fee, Stripe-related deduction, tax treatment and currency rule before checkout.

The intended payout trigger is buyer confirmation or 24 hours after verified delivery without a reported issue. Payouts may be delayed for account verification, disputes, chargebacks, negative balances, fraud review, event cancellation, legal requirements or Stripe restrictions.

No promise that funds are legally held in escrow is made. The final wording must match the Stripe Connect funds-flow and regulated-services assessment.
