Seller Terms

A seller confirms that each listing is genuine, owned or lawfully controlled, transferable, accurately described and not simultaneously committed elsewhere. The seller must disclose face value, unavoidable original fees, restrictions, location/seat data and any condition affecting use.

The seller must cooperate with verification, deliver through the approved method, respond to disputes and repay amounts caused by invalid, duplicated, cancelled, refunded or misdescribed tickets. Payout may be delayed, reversed or offset where reasonably necessary.

Commercial sellers must identify themselves as traders and comply with all additional consumer, tax and information duties.
